• Highlander III: The Sorcerer (alternatively titled Highlander: The Final Dimension) was released on November 25, 1994. It is a direct sequel to the original film, ignoring and contradicting the story of Highlander II. Following Brenda Wyatt's death in a car crash in 1987, MacLeod is living in Marakesh with his adopted son John.

'The Watcher's Chronicle' ist die erste Expansion, die 1998 zum Highlander CCG erschien. Es handelt sich hier also um Erweiterungskarten zu den schon erschienenen Karten, die teilweise spieltechnisch neue Funktionen bieten, vor allem aber mit Kalas, Annie Devlin, Hugh Fitzcairn und Kern neue Charaktere einführen. Diese Expansion knüpft an die Series Edition an, deshalb erhalten auch nur die in der Series Edition eingeführten Charaktere neue Karten. Das Design gleicht aber der wesentlich hübscheren Movie Edition, vor allem von der Bildqualität her.

Starter Packs gab es hier nicht, die Karten konnte man in Booster Packs á 15 Karten erwerben, siehe Bild links. Die Expansion hat vergleichsweise viele Ultra-Rare-Karten, da alle Personen aus der Series Edition (und natürlich auch die neuen) eine Premium-Karte erhalten, welche mit der Movie Edition eingeführt wurden. Zudem gibt es erstmals einige Pre-Game-Karten.
