SWAT 4: The Stetchkov Syndicate is the expansion to Irrational Games' SWAT 4. It added seven new missions, lightsticks, five new pieces of equipment, voice-over IP, melee, and a plethora of other features. For the sake of convenience, it is also referred to as SWAT 4: TSS in short. SWAT 4: The Stetchkov Syndicate is an expansion pack for SWAT 4 released on February 28, 2006 in North America and on March 10, 2006 in Europe, and is based on the fictional Stetchkov family. Robotics phase 1mr. macs virtual existence. Various improvements to the game have been made, such as the addition of VoIP capability to multiplayer games, seven new single-player missions, two new multiplayer modes and seven new weapons. TSS has it's own SP campaign apart from vanilla SWAT4. The vanilla SWAT 4 campaign does not carry into TSS (Although the maps are available for MP). Need mods like Elite Force Mod to play vanilla SWAT 4 campaign in TSS (allowing for new stuff in TSS in to be used in vanilla SP campaign).

Alternate Cheat Method
Locate the 'swat4.ini' file in your game folder. Open it with Notepad and look for '[Engine.GameEngine]'. Under that header you will see 'EnableDevTools=False'. Change this to 'EnableDevTools=True' and save the file. Always make a backup before overwriting. While playing, press [~] to bring up the console then type any of the following cheat codes. Note: All codes get reset when you begin a new level.
